The term ‘vitality’ is quite common today. It simply defines the profound desire of men and women to live in harmony with themselves, each other and their environment. There is no doubt that general lifestyles (incentives to eat to excess, stress at work, lack of physical activity, etc.) lead many of us to adopt bad eating habits which cause physical and psychological imbalances. All of the above can work against our attempts to increase our vitality, but this can be avoided by following a few simple rules.
