Description
A high-protein high-carbohydrate drink this is a great protein shake to have during the important 2-hour posttraining window. Made with high biological value whey proteins supplying amino acids and, both simple and complex carbohydrates to supply glucose whilst postexercise glycogen re-synthesis rates are increased.
Usage
Drink one bottle within 2 two hours of training, or during the day between meals.
